1.    INTRODUCTION
1.1.    The purpose of the present Privacy Policy is to provide information to our website’s visitors (hereinafter the “Visitors” or “you”)  on the collection, process and security of the data transmitted to and collected by ENTECA PLC (hereinafter called the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) within the scope of its services, as well as where any personal data is supplied to us through the present website (hereinafter called the “Website”) as per our legal obligations under the applicable data protection law.

5.    HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
